Privacy Policy
A plain-language explanation of what information this site collects, why, and who it's shared with.
Last updated October 2026. Natural Wellness Library (“we,” “us”) sells digital ebooks, planners, and a companion Wellness System. This page describes the information involved in buying and accessing them — it's a plain-language summary, not a substitute for your own legal advice if you need one.
Information collected at checkout
Checkout is handled entirely by PayPal — we never see or store your card or PayPal account details. Once PayPal confirms payment, we create an order record containing the PayPal order ID, the product purchased, the email address PayPal provides for that payment, the payer's billing country (when PayPal returns one), and the purchase date. This record is stored with our hosting provider's managed Redis database (Upstash, via Vercel) and is used only to generate and recognize your personal access link — never sold, and never used for marketing.
Your access-link email
If email delivery is enabled, your personal access link is sent to you via Resend, our transactional email provider, solely so you have a backup way to reach your files if you lose the confirmation page. Resend only receives your email address and the access link itself.
Google Customer Reviews (optional, opt-in only)
On your order confirmation page, you may be shown Google's own Customer Reviews opt-in dialog, inviting you to rate your purchase a few days later. It appears at most once, on your first visit to that page. When that dialog is shown, the order information Google's integration requires — your order ID, email address, billing country, and the estimated date you'd start using your purchase — is sent to Google so it can display the invite. Your choice to opt in or not determines only whether Google follows up with that one survey; it doesn't change what was already sent to show you the dialog. We never invent or substitute this information — if any of it isn't genuinely available for your order, the dialog simply doesn't appear. See Google's own Customer Reviews documentation for how Google uses that data.
Advertising
This site may, at times, load a header-bidding script from an advertising partner to display ads. When active, that partner may use cookies or similar technology as part of serving and measuring ads. We don't otherwise run analytics or advertising trackers of our own.
Your library access
Your personal access link is a long, random, unguessable URL — treat it like a password. We use it only to show you the products you purchased and to track basic reading progress within the Wellness System, which is stored under that same link and never linked to your name beyond the order email.
Refunds and other requests
For a refund, a question about your data, or to ask us to delete your order record, reply to your original purchase confirmation email.
